Business Acquisition and Merger Associates was started by Matthew Bradbury in 2005. Matt brings 25+ years of merger and acquisition experience to BAMA both as a principal for his own account and as an intermediary for others.

Matt spends most of his time on business transactions with revenues of $5MM-$60MM. Clients appreciate his dogged representation of their interests on both the buy-side and sell-side. They also value his experience in a wide variety of industries including business services, consumer services, manufacturing and distribution. Matt has unique knowledge in industrial and environmental services, auto parts distribution, for-profit education, health and fitness and contract manufacturing businesses that allow him to shortlist prospective buyers and sellers within those categories.

Matt has been married for over 30 years to his college sweetheart. They have three grown children who also reside in the Charlotte area.

Richard comes to BAMA after a proven career in finance and operations with many profitable companies. Richard's 20+ years experience from a variety of manufacturing operations provides both buyers and sellers with a keen resource to facilitate a successful transaction. His last venture, as the President and owner of a niche manufacturing company, was the sale of his business to a strategic buyer.

Richard resides with his wife, Claudette, in the Greater Charlotte area. They enjoy visits from their grown children and three grandchildren.

Ginger assists with various marketing and administrative functions throughout the office by organizing and tracking the due diligence processes, creating and distributing marketing materials, researching industry information, and managing deal flow for our listings. If there is a question regarding our business processes, Ginger is glad to assist all parties and keep the transaction moving forward.

After completing his MBA at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Bobby Lewis joined the BAMA team to offer assistance in buy-side engagements. He is responsible for finding targets that meet the specific criteria of our buy-side clients and engaging owners who are ready to sell their business.

Landon is the BAMA lion.  He’s trustworthy and knowledgeable.  He understands the facets of a business transfer and assists our seller clients to ensure they feel comfortable throughout all steps of the transaction process.  This lion enjoys recasting financials, reviewing tax returns and writing offering memorandums.  Landon is a hunter - he finds great deals.  He isn't afraid to get his paws dirty and find the right fit for our client.

In his free time, he hangs out with the rest of the pride, hunts at night and enjoys visiting the local watering hole.
