MIDAS, a national market leader in high-value specialty real estate services, provides high-end, high-touch operations for residential, hospitality, and mixed-use real estate assets. Founded over 20 years ago, the business evolved from a niche services provider to a comprehensive, full-service platform that serves some of the most prominent property owners and operators in the country.
MIDAS operates across 25+ U.S. states with 340+ active client locations and a team of 2,000+ verified W2 employees. Its customer-centric model, proprietary training infrastructure, and national scale establish the Company as a preferred partner to top 20 national multifamily, condominium, and HOA operators — with no single customer representing more than 8% of revenue. MIDAS's strong relationships and excellent service results in 83-88% annual client retention.
MIDAS represents a unique investment opportunity given its consistent, predictable revenue growth and growing EBITDA margins. Revenue and EBITDA grew from $66M and $3.9M in 2023 respectively to a projected $77M and $5.4M in 2026 respectively. This reflects organic account growth through its dedicated in-house business development function and strong contract retention. Midas enjoys a clear and executable path toward $150M+ Revenue and 10-11% EBITDA margins through organic expansion, geographic entry into new markets, and strategic acquisitions in a highly fragmented industry. MIDAS enjoys multi-year agreements (2–5 years), many with evergreen annual renewals, providing exceptional forward revenue visibility and predictable cash flows.
The Company is led by a seasoned leadership team and supported by a deep bench of regional and functional managers with significant industry tenure (average senior manager tenure: 15+ years). Middle managers are employed across 25+ states, enabling organic expansion without proportional increases in overhead. Known for a collaborative, high-performance culture, front-line and management retention both exceed industry norms. The two founders (CEO and COO) have over 20 years of operational experience building the platform. The CEO seeks to retire after a 12–18-month transition period. The COO is flexible on future role. Ideal buyers will have deep experience managing remote teams and excel at maintaining high performing culture, team development, and training. Finally, buyers with strong IT and AI implementation experience will find many opportunities to lower costs and improve margins as you grow MIDAS to the next level.
