Titan, a Southeast based, precision sheet metal fabricator with a 30+ year operating history, seeks new ownership to support the founder’s retirement. The Company produces complex parts for a variety of OEMs across end markets including industrial automation, electronics, security, life sciences, rail, and many others. As a turnkey supplier, Titan provides customers with cutting, bending, forming, welding, powder coating, machining and assembly. This model drives very sticky customer relationships and strong margins.

Over the past decade, Titan invested heavily in equipment and automation across its facilities. Today, the Company operates several lights out cells with automated material handling and robotic tool changing capabilities. Future ownership will find assets to be in great condition and an experienced team in place to support continued growth.

The Company leases 40,000 square feet in a Tier 1 Southeastern MSA. Titan employs approximately 50 employees (non-union) and runs one shift. The current operation could support upwards of 50% additional annual throughput by running a 2nd shift and maximizing equipment utilization.

Demand is very strong and 2026 is trending to be a banner year for the Company. Titan is currently tracking $9M+ in annual revenue – up 10% from 2025. EBITDA levels are healthy at 25%. Backlog and quoting activity is up which signals favorable trends going into 2027.

The founding shareholder is approaching retirement and seeks liquidity to support retirement. The second generation runs the business today and prefers to retain a leadership role in the organization going forward – retained ownership is an option, as well. The ideal buyer will be well versed in manufacturing and share a vision for growth.
