Know in advance that we charge a nominal retainer to get started but earn the balance of our professional fee at closing.

If you're an executive looking for a specific company or a strategic buyer looking for an add-on acquisition, BAMA can represent you on a retained basis to find the perfect company at just the right valuation. For a monthly retainer, BAMA will identify businesses not currently on the market and typically provide you with 2-3 good targets meeting your criteria within 90 days. We have a proven process for uncovering new business opportunities and guarantee that you’ll get at least two good targets during our engagement.
