Charlotte, NC -Brothers Don and Dean Albright are part of a new “team” now. East West Manufacturing, LLC ("East West"), an Atlanta-based global contract manufacturer, acquired Team Manufacturing, Inc. ("Team"), an electronics manufacturer out of Raleigh, North Carolina in a transaction completed in September. Business Acquisition and Merger Associates ("BAMA") supported Team in a nationwide search for the right acquirer. The union of the two companies creates a global solutions provider with proven domestic manufacturing capabilities, a strong customer base and exciting growth potential.

BAMA acted as an advisor to Team in the transaction. Financial terms will not be disclosed.
