Bobby oversees BAMA’s buy-side practice, which usually means he’s coordinating search activities for multiple clients and among 2-4 analysts or interns.

As Founder and Managing Director of BAMA, Matt brings over 35 years experience supporting buy-side and sell-side engagements. When he’s not traveling the globe meeting clients or overseeing transaction activities, he’s in the Charlotte office driving business development and supporting client engagements. Matt brings strong experience in a variety of industries including for-profit education, health and fitness, industrial service, motor product, environmental service and various distribution and manufacturing companies.
